Lara is an author, public speaker, and coach for managers and leaders across the tech industry. As a founder of Wherewithall, Lara and her team run workshops, roundtables, and trainings on core management skills like delivering great feedback and setting clear expectations. Before Wherewithall, Lara spent a decade growing emerging leaders as the VP of Engineering at Kickstarter and an Engineering Director at Etsy. She champions management as a practice, building fast websites, and celebrating your achievements with donuts (and sometimes sushi).

Brian has over 20 years of experience building and running software engineering teams. Prior to joining Tock he started Google's Chicago engineering office, conceived and launched several key Google policy products, and acted as a spokesperson for the company. Fitz also led teams at Apple, wrote several books on software engineering and collaboration, and is a longtime member of the Apache Software Foundation.

Roger builds new and innovative technologies to help people see the world in a novel way. He is passionate about open source software and helping users understand data in order to make smart decisions. Roger is involved with local and international technical communities and has presented on data techniques and visualisation conferences around the world.

Travis Todd is an American serial entrepreneur living in Berlin, Germany. He started his career as  a front-end design and development consultant going on to found several startups. He founded Silicon Allee, Berlin's foremost international tech community, and has been leading technology startups at an executive level since 2007. Currently Travis is part of the founding team for Factory.com, building collaborative startup campuses around the world, as well as CEO of Silicon Allee, leading their new campus in Berlin Mitte. Travis is also investing in early stage founders through a new pre-seed fund called the Berlin Founders Fund.
